Internship Position | Service Excellence Department Trainee
Department: Rooms Division
Location: Greece (Halkidiki, Corfu, Kos or Crete island) & Spain (Marbella & Mallorca)
Duration: 3 – 6 months (between March – November)
Your Main Responsibilities:
· Reply and maintain any guests requests through a digital form or phone call
· Manage all guests’ complaints in a professional way and ensure that every issue has been resolved promptly and effectively
· Liaise closely with other hotel departments for following up on guests’ requests (we cooperate with Maintenance, Kids Club, Spa, etc as well)
· Excellent knowledge of the resort and the facilities as well as of daily events, activities and food & bever- age functions in order to provide accurate information to guests
· Be fully informed about the daily workload of the hotel (arrivals, departures, VIP guests and rest func- tions)
· Handle Telephone Operator Lines
· Reports Preparation
